This 400 bbl tank by Bilton Welding & Manufacturing is double-wall construction with an L-skid. The interior is coated with Devoe 253/Devoe 253HS for corrosion resistance, while 2" thick spray foam insulation, sealed with black elastomeric, ensures excellent temperature retention.
The tank is equipped with Caloritec KW and a 4KW electric heaters, both operating at 480V/3PH, and controlled by remote mount thermostats to maintain the desired temperature. A Hawkeye Redtail Liquid Level Gauge provides reliable level monitoring, and an 8" Enardo 660PT Sour Thief Hatch allows for efficient pressure management with settings at 16 oz. press and 0.4 oz. VAC.
